Our Renovation Finance is targeted on Contractors and Interior Designer firms. We help to convert your Accounts Receivables into cash hence improve your cash flow.

We provide a ONE STOP service whereby we assess your customers’ credit risks and assume their credit risks for those account receivables accepted by us.

Your customers must be legal Owners, and must be Singaporeans or PRs, age between 21-55 and employed with valid documentary proof of minimum monthly income of $1500/-.
